Recipe:
Ingredients-
2 Cans of biscuits (I used Pillsbury's grands)
1 Chicken breast cooked and diced (rotisserie works well)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of mixed frozen vegetables
1 cup shredded cheese
1tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 400
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Place biscuits into lightly greased muffin pan. Spread biscuit up sides and gently press down into pan.
- Scoop chicken mixture into each prepared biscuit.
- Cook in oven for 15 minutes.
- Let rest a few minutes as filling will be very hot!
- Enjoy!
This is another one that I am going to have to try. I love how easy it sounds!
